Warranty Period

The warranty period for Dawad products is 2 years from the date of the purchase.

Valid Proof of Purchase

Documentary proof including sales receipt, order number, order tracking number, shipment confirmation email is required to be eligible for warranty service.


This limited warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. Dawad will repair or replace, at no charge, products that prove defective and cover shipping costs (subject to exclusions).


Dawad will replace any product that fails to operate due to a defect of workmanship or material during the warranty period. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product.


Dawad offers a 30-day money back guarantee on products purchased directly from www.dawadpower.com. Shipping costs will be covered by customers for a refund. The 30-day return policy is only applicable on unpacked or unused products. The products should be returned in the original packaging, all materials included, in new or as-new condition that shall not affect the re-sale.

Contact us at hello@dawadpower.com to return the product. After the product is received, Dawad refunds the customer in 3-5 business days.


Dawad’s warranty does not apply to:

  • Misused, abused, modified, damaged by accident
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
  • Non-quality related issues
  • Any defects or damages caused by exposure to excessive heat, liquids, or other external causes
  • Lost, stolen, free, or refunded products
  • Products that have expired their warranty period
  • Unable to provide valid proof of purchase

Exclusions to Return Shipping Costs

Dawad will not cover shipping costs in the following situations:

  • Refunded products
  • Returning products found to be with zero defects
  • Products taken outside the U.S.
